The thought of it all inside him has his stomach lurch, and he barely makes it to a sink before some of it comes back up, burning his throat as he coughs and gags what he had been made to swallow.
And he knows that this was just the beginning. There would be more times like this, that this would be the rest of their lives unless they find a way to escape. And his stomach sinks further as he thinks of the chances of that ever happening. ]
